Every chapter of my career has reinforced the same belief: life's most important decisions are rarely made because someone had the perfect answer. They're made because the right people were around the table.
From backstage in the music industry to venture-backed startups, nonprofit leadership, and founder-owned businesses, the settings changed. The pattern never did.
The most meaningful ownership decisions are rarely shaped by process alone. They're shaped by judgement, perspective, and the people surrounding the founder.
Trust compounds. It is built long before it is needed, through consistency, curiosity, and showing up before there's anything to gain.
Because my career has never followed a single industry, I've learned to see founders through a wider lens. Not simply as business owners navigating a transaction, but as people balancing identity, family, leadership, legacy, and the future they've spent years building. That perspective has taught me that the best decision isn't always the fastest one—and that the right advisors depend entirely on the founder's objectives, not the other way around.
The Most Group exists because of that belief—independent by design, helping founders think clearly before important ownership decisions require specialized expertise.
When the time is right, I help founders build the advisory team that best fits the decision ahead. Sometimes that means bringing together a CPA, attorney, executive coach, wealth advisor, family office, or long-term capital partner. Other times it means introducing the right investment bank. Every founder is different. Every situation deserves its own thoughtful approach. My role is to understand the founder first, then bring together the right people for what comes next.
I stay engaged throughout the journey—not to replace the trusted advisors around the table, but to help keep every conversation grounded in the founder's priorities, strengthen communication, and ensure important decisions remain centered on what matters most.
What founders build is rarely just a business.
It's sacrifice. Identity. Responsibility.
Relationships. Purpose.
Those things deserve care.
If our paths cross, I hope our first conversation isn't about selling a business. I hope it's about understanding what you've built, what matters most, and what kind of future you're trying to create.
The right transaction may follow.
The right conversation comes first.
